System Boiler Change
Our customer was experiencing ongoing issues with her existing boiler, which was approximately 20 years old. Frequent breakdowns left her without heating and hot water, causing significant inconvenience.
After a thorough assessment, we advised that due to the age and condition of the boiler, replacement would be the most cost-effective and reliable solution. We installed a new Vaillant ecoTEC Plus system boiler, restoring full heating and hot water throughout the home.
In addition, we carried out a complete system powerflush to optimise performance and efficiency. The new boiler not only provides enhanced reliability but also delivers noticeable improvements in energy efficiency and overall comfort.
Emergency Combi Swap for Office Space
This boiler was located in an office space and we was called out on a Saturday afternoon when they lost heating and hot water. We arrived promptly to diagnose the issue.
After further inspection this boiler had a number of issues and we notified the customer it was beyond economical repair due to the number of issues and general condition of the boiler.
We then scheduled an emergency boiler change on the Sunday to get them back up and running for Monday when they reopened the office. To keep to the customers budget we installed this brilliant budget friendly Viessmann vitodens 0-25 combi, rewired the controls on open therm to improve efficiency, installed a primary filter to protect the main heat exchanger & a scale reducer to protect the plate heat exchanger.
We also redone the pipework on the underside to ensure a tidy finish as regardless of your budget our workmanship is always completed to the highest standard.
Gravity to Combi Conversion
This job entailed a full system update from an old gravity system to a combination boiler.
We stripped out existing boiler, cylinder and tanks in the loft, rerouted all pipework across to the other side of the kitchen area to fit into new kitchen being installed at a later date.
Fully power-flushed the system and installed all the trimmings to keep this system working cleanly and efficiently.
Cylinder Change
This customer had a cracked cylinder, and the leak was uncontrollable, so we booked this job in promptly and got a new cylinder installed to get their hot water back up and running.
Tap Change
A simple job completed for a regular customer who had a dripping tap but instead of having the cartridges changed they opted for a new identical tap to be fitted in its place.
Commercial Co-Lab Area Installation
This commercial project consisted of stripping out the old services and rerunning new copper waste and cold feed from a riser cupboard over to the new setup.
We installed a multipoint water heater to serve the kitchen tap and cold feeds for the other appliances.
We then second fixed the sink and all appliances for a clean & modern finish.
